Description: Come celebrate the month of our independence with one of America\’s greatest sparkling wine producers, Gruet. The Gruet family hails from the Champagne region of France, and for the last twenty years they\’ve been making methode champenoise sparkling wines from their own 4300 foot elevation vineyards in New Mexico. Chef Peter Sandroni and Certified Sommelier Nate Norfolk guarantee to show everyone why bubbles can go with just about anything. In the tradition of all our wine dinners, this will be adventurous, educational, and delicious!
